Found by the Vietnamese parents actually searching
An international school that ranked abroad but was hard to find locally. We wrote native Vietnamese content for local parents, fixed the technical foundations and set up clear monthly reporting.

You asked us to separate the essential from the optional, show the work in stages, and price every part, so you can build over time rather than commit to everything at once. This is that plan, built on our own research into how parents find MIS today.
Each answer links to the detail: scope, deliverables, objectives, expected results, timeline and cost for every stage.
These decide whether a family searching nearby finds MIS, understands it and books a tour. Today Google Maps shows your Binh An campus as permanently closed. All of this works on your current website, so nothing needs rebuilding first.
Each one helps, none is needed to start. We tell you when each is worth adding, and what it costs, so you can add them when the budget allows.
Be found and measured (Stage 1), grow tour enquiries through the enrolment season (Stage 2), a new multilingual website in your 20th anniversary year if the numbers justify it (Stage 3), then the full programme (Stage 4).
Local Care keeps your campus listings, tracking and reports in shape. Admissions Growth adds parent content and AI visibility. The full programme adds more content and trusted mentions on parent and education sites.
If you only read one line: start with Stage 1. In about six weeks it tackles the issues most likely to be costing MIS tour enquiries today, and it gives you real numbers to decide everything after it.
We looked at MIS the way a family does: on Google Maps, on Google in English and Vietnamese, and by asking ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. Nearly twenty years as Vietnam's first Montessori school, campuses in Thao Dien and Binh An, and AMS Verified School status are real strengths. Families cannot easily see them. All findings were checked on 24 October 2026.

Binh An shows as permanently closed. River House is listed under a different name and has not been claimed, so anyone can suggest changes to it. Thao Dien has no reviews. For a family searching "Montessori near me", this is the first impression, before they ever reach your website.
Your three Google reviews all sit on the separate River House listing. Nearby schools in the same results carry dozens, for example ME School Thao Dien with 51 and Sunflower Montessori with 34. AI assistants notice too: they describe MIS warmly, then add that "public evidence is limited" and that a rating is "based on only two reviews".
The only analytics on the site are tags Google switched off in July 2023. The current version, GA4, is on none of your 103 pages, and no form sends an "enquiry made" signal. Your form asks families how they found you, but nothing measures which searches, listings or ads lead to a tour booking.
On a phone, the top of your home page stays blank until the visitor touches the screen (Google's Lighthouse test showed the same), and the phone menu has no "Book a tour" button. The tour form asks 11 questions, there is no tap-to-call, Zalo or WhatsApp button, and no privacy policy, although the form asks for a child's date of birth.
Across the searches we measured, Vietnamese outnumbers English about 12 to 1. The Vietnamese flag on your site is an automatic translation in the visitor's browser, which Google cannot see, and none of your key pages exist in Vietnamese. On six Vietnamese searches we tested, MIS was outside the top 20 every time.
Your Elementary classes for 6 to 12 year olds have no page, and there is no page for fees guidance, FAQs or careers. The infant and nursery programmes are hard to find too: asked for the best nursery for an 18-month-old in District 2, none of the three AI assistants named MIS.
"Upcoming events" from August 2024, a last article in February 2025, "over thirteen years" on one page and "over seventeen" on another, five ways of describing your AMS status, addresses still in Thu Duc City (merged in July 2025), and phone numbers that differ from your email signature. Each makes Google and AI assistants less sure of the facts.
Ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity for the best Montessori school in Ho Chi Minh City and MIS is named in every answer, first in 9 of 12. "The oldest and most established authentic Montessori school in Vietnam," says Gemini. The task is to carry that trust to the questions most parents actually ask.

In plain terms: MIS does not need a reputation built from scratch. It needs the one it already has to be visible, consistent and easy to act on, starting with the places families look first. That is exactly what Stage 1 does.
Two pieces of research sit behind this plan: how many searches families make each month (from Google's own Keyword Planner), and what AI assistants answer when parents ask them for a school (12 real parent questions, in English and Vietnamese, on ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity).
Google under-reports English searches by expat families, so treat the English figures as a floor: international families remain central to MIS, and English stays essential. But Vietnamese is where most of the search demand is, and MIS has no key pages in Vietnamese for it to find. "Montessori là gì" alone is searched about 1,000 times a month, and MIS has no page that answers it.
For "best Montessori school in Ho Chi Minh City", in English or Vietnamese, every engine names MIS, usually first.
For questions like "which international preschool in Thao Dien for a 3 year old?", MIS is missing from two answers in three.

One run per engine per question on 24 October 2026, with web search on. AI answers vary from run to run, which is why the monthly programmes track the same questions every month. AI answers disagree on ages because your website stops at 6 while MIS teaches up to 12, and they guess at fees.
What this means: the fastest gains are in Vietnamese and in the everyday preschool questions, not in "Montessori" searches, which MIS already wins. That is why Stage 1 publishes your key pages in Vietnamese and fixes the facts, and why the monthly support writes parent guides in both languages.
Every stage has its own goal, cost and decision point. Nothing after Stage 1 is committed in advance: you move on when the numbers say it is worth it, and you can pause between stages.
Google Maps fixed for every campus, your key pages in English and, for the first time, Vietnamese, the facts made consistent, and online tour enquiries counted.
Monthly work through the enrolment season: parent guides in both languages, Maps upkeep, AI visibility and a monthly report.
Built around how families choose a school, in English and Vietnamese, with tour booking and a CMS your team runs.
The full SEO and AI programme on the new website: more content and trusted mentions, aiming for MIS to be named first when parents ask.
Dates are planned, not fixed, and assume Stage 1 is signed by mid-November. In March we recommend going ahead with the website if enquiries from search are rising and the current site is what holds families back. If not, it moves to a later decision point and nothing else changes.
The work that brings in tour enquiries fastest, done on your current website so nothing has to be rebuilt first. It fixes what families see on Google Maps, gives Vietnamese families pages they can read, makes the facts about MIS consistent everywhere, and counts online enquiries from day one.
Most families start nearby: "Montessori near me", "trường mầm non Thảo Điền". Your listings are often the first thing they see, before the website.
Objective: every campus open, complete, accurate and easy to choose on Google Maps.
When a parent clicks through, the page has to answer their questions in their language and make the next step obvious. Today there is no Vietnamese version.
Objective: Vietnamese families can find and read MIS, and more of the parents who find it go on to enquire.
Today it is hard to say which search, listing or post produced last month's tours, so it is hard to know which marketing is working.
Objective: from now on, you can see how many online tour enquiries come from search and Maps each month.
So Google and AI assistants repeat the right facts, and so you can judge us on numbers rather than promises.
Objective: the facts right everywhere, a measured starting point, and a plan you own.
Kick-off at the school, access to your website, listings and analytics, the visibility snapshot, and tracking switched on first so we measure from day one.
Every campus listing completed, the facts corrected on your site and the main directories, and the key pages written in English and Vietnamese, sent to you for approval.
Approved pages published, tracking tested end to end, dashboard live before your Christmas break. The handover meeting follows when school returns in January, with your baseline and the 90-day plan.
Expected results: by handover, every campus listing complete and correct on Google Maps (Binh An's label subject to Google's decision), your key pages live in both languages, the facts consistent, and online tour enquiries counted. Within 60 to 90 days we expect more calls, direction requests and website visits from your listings, your first Vietnamese search rankings, and more reviews as families use the kit. Measured and reported, not guaranteed: Google decides rankings, and we report honestly on what moved.
Search rewards steady work: listings kept fresh, new reviews, new parent content, problems caught early. After Stage 1 you choose how much of that you want us to do. Every level is rolling monthly with 30 days' notice, and you can move up or down at any review.
Our recommendation: Admissions Growth from January to June 2027, because that is when families research and book tours for the new school year. In June we review the numbers together and decide: stay, step down to Local Care over the summer, or move to the full programme with a new website.
Your current WordPress site also needs regular updates, backups and security checks. If your current provider does not cover this, we can add website care to any level, from 6,500,000 VND a month.
Each of these adds something real. None of them is essential before Stage 1 is done, and some work much better after it, because they send families to pages and listings that are ready for them.
Your school page rebuilt with every campus, programmes and a careers section, up to 3 leadership profiles improved, and a 3-month plan of post ideas. LinkedIn is also where experienced Montessori teachers look at a school before they apply.
Best time: January, alongside Stage 2, or before your next teacher recruitment round. Measured by followers, visits to your site and teacher enquiries.
Up to 8 posts a month across Facebook and Instagram, with captions in English and Vietnamese, designed from your own photos and videos. Your team approves each post from a link, and we schedule it. Your team keeps replying to parents' comments and messages.
Best time: after Stage 1, so every post points to pages that turn interest into a tour. Measured by reach and clicks through to booking a tour.
Search ads for the moments families are deciding, such as "Montessori Thao Dien" or "trường mầm non quốc tế Thủ Đức", sent to a tour booking page and measured by cost per enquiry, not clicks. If MIS already has a Google Ads account, we build on it. Ad budget is paid directly to Google; we suggest from 10M VND a month in season.
Best time: January to April, once Stage 1 tracking is live, so enquiries from ads are counted.
The rest of the clean-up on your current website: page speed (the theme loads 57 style sheets on the home page), page summaries and image descriptions beyond the 6 key pages, insecure images, an empty online shop page, and out-of-date calendars and PDFs.
Best time: straight after Stage 1, if the new website is more than six months away. If it is sooner, we put this budget into the new site instead.
Strong photos of real classrooms and campuses make every listing, page and post work harder. We do not do shoots ourselves: our trusted partner does, and we brief them on exactly what the listings and pages need. The partner quotes you directly.
Best time: before Stage 1 photos go up, or ahead of the new website.
Your website is the open day before the open day. 2027 is MIS's 20th anniversary year, and 120 years since the first Montessori classroom opened in Rome. If the March review says go, we would launch a new website that year, ready for the 2027-28 school year: one that does justice to Vietnam's first Montessori school, for Vietnamese and international families alike, with every programme from Nido to Elementary.
Pages organised around the decisions parents make: which programme, which campus, what a day looks like, what it costs, and how to visit. Tour booking on every page.
Written natively in both languages, not machine translated, with search set up for each. Further languages can be added later.
News, events, term dates, galleries and vacancies, edited without a developer. Two training sessions and written guides included.
Every old address mapped to its new page, so the search history MIS has built since 2007 is carried across.
Quick on a phone at the school gate, built to accessibility guidelines, and forms that handle family data with care.
Built so ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI can read and quote it, with everything from Stage 1 and 2 carried into it.

Every target below is measured in tools MIS owns (Google Analytics, Search Console and your Google Business Profiles) or by re-asking the same parent questions each month. Targets assume the recommended path: Stage 1, then Admissions Growth from January (and, for December 2027, continuing after June). They are what we work towards and report against, not guarantees.

Enquiries by source, by campus and by language, Maps calls and directions, and search visits, on one page.
What we did, what moved, what did not, and what we will do next month. No jargon, no vanity charts.
A call every month on Admissions Growth, and every quarter on Local Care. If something is not working, we change it.
Why we are confident in these targets: MIS starts from almost no Vietnamese presence and very few reviews, so the first gains come quickly once the basics are right. For a boutique international school in Ho Chi Minh City, five months of the same kind of work grew search impressions in Vietnam by 245%. Our targets here are deliberately more cautious.
In your first email you asked for relevant experience with schools. We build the platforms schools run on, and we grow the enquiries that fill them, for international schools in Vietnam and education organisations abroad. Three examples in brief.
An international school that ranked abroad but was hard to find locally. We wrote native Vietnamese content for local parents, fixed the technical foundations and set up clear monthly reporting.
A custom reading assessment platform for a school in the Nord Anglia Education network, designed with BVIS teachers, IT staff and Nord Anglia. We still host and support it today.
A road safety education charity with a ten-year-old website. We rebuilt it on a modern CMS, migrated a decade of programme content, kept its search history and built online donations.
"Saigon Digital helped BVIS HCMC develop a fully bespoke educational reading platform tailored to assessing children's reading comprehension in Vietnamese. From the very beginning, their team took the time to understand our goals, our curriculum, and the needs of our students. The final platform is intuitive, reliable, and genuinely supports our teachers in tracking student progress more effectively. We're incredibly impressed with the quality of their work and their commitment throughout the project."
Darragh Shanahan, Primary Deputy Headteacher, BVIS, Nord Anglia Education
Our office is in Thu Thiem, a few minutes from each of your campuses. We can meet at the school, see a morning in a classroom, and understand MIS properly.
Our team writes in Vietnamese and English natively. That matters: Vietnamese parents search in Vietnamese, and translated pages rarely rank.
We run search and AI visibility programmes for international schools in Ho Chi Minh City today, including The ABCIS, and we host and support BVIS's platform.
We build platforms as well as rank them, so when a problem is technical, it gets fixed rather than worked around.
The people who plan your work are the people who do it, with a named lead, introduced at kick-off, and a monthly report in plain English.
If something is not worth your budget, we will say so. That is why this plan keeps what is essential apart from what can wait, as you asked.
All prices are in VND and exclude 10% VAT. One-off work is a fixed price project; monthly work is a rolling agreement you can stop with 30 days' notice. Prices marked "from" are confirmed at a fixed figure in writing before any work starts.

Right if budget is tight this year: you are found, measured and kept in shape, and you decide on growth with real numbers in June.
Our recommendation: the foundations, then active work while families research and book tours for August 2027.
For a faster start in January, with paid search catching families while search and Maps results build.
Each path combines separate agreements, shown together only to help you budget: Stage 1 is a fixed price project, and monthly support is a rolling retainer you can stop with 30 days' notice. All figures exclude 10% VAT; with VAT, Stage 1 is 49,500,000 VND and Admissions Growth 38,500,000 VND a month.
45 minutes at whichever campus suits you, the week of 2 November, to walk through this plan with you and your leadership team and answer every question. Our office is in Thu Thiem, a few minutes from each of your campuses.
Pick the path that fits your budget, or tell us your budget and we will shape one. We then send the Stage 1 agreement: one page of scope and the terms.
Sign by Friday 13 November and we kick off on 16 November. The work goes live before your Christmas break, and we hold the handover when school returns in January, ready for the enrolment season.
